Hey there!
My name is Erik van der Molen, I am a Japanologist, Legal Professional, Educator, Educational Expert and amateur photographer from The Netherlands.
Originally educated as a Japanologist, I spent close to 15 years in Japan and China, working in advertising, project management, cultural diplomacy and trade and investment promotion.
After my return to Europe I became a lecturer in International Business and allround educational expert at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. My subjects range from Management, International Business Law, Research Methods. I also coordinate and teach a popular university-wide minor on Business in Asia. Apart from lecturing, I have worked on internationalization, curriculum design and development and assessment. I served as curriculum committee chair, Exam Board chair, and have experience with audits and accreditations.
I am available for guest-lectures, consultancy and advice.
